How to present a poster?
Step 1 : Submit your abstract
To present a poster, you must send us a short abstract. The Ad+PECS steering committee will review your abstract to ensure that the topic is well aligned with the summit areas of advanced manufacturing and additive, printable, durable and flexible (PE) electronics.
- Maximum word count: 150 words
- Accepted file formats: .doc, .docx, .pdf or .txt
- Deadline for abstract submission: February 26, 2027
Step 2 : Download the poster template
You must use the PowerPoint poster template, which you can download below.
Step 3 : Submit your poster
Posters will be displayed throughout both days of the event. You will take part in the On-Stage Presentation: Your Research Project in 2 Slides – 60 Seconds, and you will also have the opportunity to present your poster during the networking event on April 19.
- Your poster must be uploaded in PDF format.
- ICI will take care of poster printing (upon approbation of the Ad+PECS steering committee)
- Deadline for poster submission: March 12, 2027
Step 4 : Registration and payment :
Registration and payment are completed through the Printability and Graphic Communications Institute website. By clicking on the button below, you will leave the Ad+PECS website and be redirected to the ICI website.
